Shipping Information

SHIPPING IS INVOICED SEPARATELY.

We calculate shipping based on your address and the size of your final order once packed. Because shipping is now based on dimensions and distance it’s practically impossible to set flat rates for our range of products as a small business. Each item description notes the approximate cost for shipping one print plus additional prints. We ship USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The closer you are to California the lower your rate. It costs practically the same amount to ship multiple prints as it does to ship one. We pack with care and we pad additional room around your matted prints so they arrive safely.

Please look for your shipping invoice after placing your order. Your order will not ship until the shipping costs are paid. If you fail to make payment on shipping charges your order will automatically be refunded after 7 days with a 20% restocking charge deducted from your original payment method.

RETURNS

Please order carefully, as you will see shipping is expensive these days and we will need to charge you for shipping in both directions. We will accept returns in original condition that have been carefully repacked. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package you wish to return and we can issue you a return label. On receipt and inspection of your returned package we will refund you less the total shipping costs in both directions.
